It's a modified Sytrus guitar.

I believe the original preset was "Inferno"

I did, however, tweak the cutoff, resonance, and a bunch of other things to make it sound more realistic.

Pfft, I'm freaking ECSTATIC I got a three on this one. I went into it knowing it was pretty terrible, but I thought, "what the hell.". Although, in my defense, the noise was supposed to be there. "Megaphone" effect, right there. Doesn't make it any better, of course, but...meh.

Hmm...must be what you are using to listen to it. Sounds fine on my equipment. (fostex mixing headphones, and sony surround sound) Its supposed to be "bassy".
